Since its establishment in 2006, Cox Charities has contributed more than $8.6 million to educators and
nonprofit organizations throughout our footprint. Funded by generous Cox employees, 100% of every dollar is invested directly into the communities we serve. Cox Charities supports programs and services that impact residents in the areas of youth, education, social issues and the arts.
The Cox Charities Advisory Council — a diverse group of local Cox employees in each service area — serves
as the program's decision-making body to ensure the funds are received
by our communities' most worthy applicants.
Cox Charities fulfills its mission to improve the quality of life for our employees, customers and neighbors
through two primary grant programs:
Supporting programs and curriculum that promote students' academic success and enhance the
educational experience.
Supporting nonprofit programs and services in the areas of youth, education, social issues and the arts.
